Returns and Refund Policy

Returns:

At Southern Lilly, we hope all our customers love their items. But we know sometimes returns are required. We hope to make this process easy and hassle free! Please note that Cash refunds will NOT be issued on returns. All refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card. 

All refunds for purchases made on shopsouthernlilly.com will be placed on a gift card, which will be sent to your email. Please not these gift cards are only valid by using them on our website. 

 

 

Returns Process:

1. If you aren't satisfied with your item(s) please notify us within 7 business days. You can email us at Southernlillybtq@gmail.com, or message us on Facebook at Southern Lilly Boutique. YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECIEVE CREDIT.  Please read the qualifications below.

- Store Credit is only given when we are notified within 7 business days of you receiving your order. All items must be returned to us within 14 business days of receiving your item(s).

- Items must be in NEW condition. All items must remain unworn, unwashed, free of any pet hair or odors, and still have the tags attached. If you return an item that has makeup, stains, odors or tags unattached, your item(s) will not be considered new condition. Any item(s) that are not considered new condition will not be refunded in any way.

- Items marked as FINAL SALE or LAST CHANCE are non-refundable.
